All 10X Genomics single cell applications are fully supported including gene expression, V(D)J B cell and T cell immune profiling, ATAC, Multiome (gene expression with ATAC), cell surface protein markers and FLEX (single cell processing of FFPE tissue sections and formaldehyde fixed cells and tissues).
