The Immunologic Monitoring and Cellular Products Laboratory at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center operates 12 clean rooms and focuses on IND manufacturing under cGMP/cGTP. Operations are monitored 24/7 by expert staff. The facility director specializes in and collaborates on preclinical research development involving process conceptualization, technology transfer and testing implementation on human cell-based drugs for clinical trials.
